IMPORTANT: Before you start using the services provided by NewsFlow AI ("the Tool", "we", "us"), please read every term of this User Registration Agreement ("Agreement") carefully. By clicking "Agree", completing registration, using any feature of the Tool, or completing any subscription or purchase of a paid plan via the Mac App Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept all terms of this Agreement.
The Tool is developed and operated by the NewsFlow AI Team ("Developer"). If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please stop using and uninstall the Tool immediately.
1. Scope of Service
The Tool provides news aggregation, information browsing, and AI-assisted features. You must use the Tool lawfully and may not use it to perform any illegal, infringing, or rights-violating activity.
2. User Rights and Obligations
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and use the Tool in a lawful and proper manner. Without authorization, you may not copy, download, or distribute copyrighted material.
- If you upload or post content, you must ensure you hold the lawful rights to that content and do not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or reputation rights.
- The Developer may take action against violations in accordance with applicable law, product rules, or security needs, including but not limited to feature restrictions or account suspension.
3. Privacy and Log Collection
To ensure service stability and product improvement, the Tool may collect necessary usage logs, including but not limited to:
- Application feature usage;
- AI conversation interactions;
- Basic device information, network request status, and abnormal error logs.
The above information is used for product improvement, troubleshooting, and security review. The Developer will use reasonable efforts to protect user privacy and will not use the information for illegal or unauthorized disclosure.
4. Disclaimer
The Tool is provided as an aid only. The information or suggestions it provides do not constitute professional advice. The Developer is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the Tool.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the user's jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to the court with jurisdiction at the Developer's location.
6. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement does not establish any employment, partnership, or similar legal relationship between you and the Developer.
- If any term of this Agreement conflicts with App Store rules, the App Store rules apply as a supplement.
- The Developer may update this Agreement when necessary. Updates will be published and take effect in a timely manner.
